Research Experience: St. Elias Erosion/Tectonics Project (STEEP)
Research Objectives: To study the evolution of the St. Elias Mountains, the highest coastal range on Earth and also the highest range in North America. The plan is to develop a geodynamic model of the interaction between erosion and tectonics in the St. Elias via an interdisciplinary approach.
Research funded by: National Science Foundation
