Type of Interaction / Outcomes / Dates / Locations / Parcticipants: 1. Mentoring group meeting to discuss curriculum realignment and inquiry based science. Held at St. Peter School 2/27/04. Present were David Brown, Jeff VanKanegan, Kitty Johnson, Cindy Brown, Tonya Rodemich, Kristin Six, Michele Haskins, and Kitty Johnson.

2. Mentoring Group meeting to discuss peer mentoring using my six graders to work with lower grades on inquiry based experiments and projects. Held at St. Peter School 3/16/04. Present were David Brown, Jeff VanKanegan, Pam Hagerbaumer, Linda Meyers, Kitty Johnson, Kristin Six, Michele Haskins, Tonya Rodemich and Cindy Brown.

3. Presentation Peer Field Labs-Stepping Stones to Inquiry. We presented at Western Illinois University at their annual WIU science and Environmental Education Mini Conference at the WIU campus in Macomb, IL on 4/17/04. Presenting were David Brown, Jeff VanKanegan, Cindy Brown, Kitty Johnson, Kristin Six, Tonya Rodemich. We also used the opportunity to collect information for the group and network.

4.Mentoring group meeting to share information gatherer at WIU conference and discuss outcomes. Also to plan upcoming schedules, labs and events. Meeting held at St. Peter School on 4/20/04. Present were David Brown, Cindy Brown, Michele Haskins, Kitty Johnson, Kristin Six and Jeff VanKanegan.

5. Mentoring group meeting to work on schedules, resources and ideas for next year to be implemented into each classroom. We also discussed tomorrows peer mentoring field labs at Fall Creek. Meeting was held at Baldwin Intermediate School on 5/11/04. Present were David Brown, Cindy Brown, Tonya Rodemich, Jeff VanKanegan, Kitty Johnson, Michele Haskins, Kristin Six and Linda Meyers.

6. Mentoring group field lab follow-up meeting at St. Peter School to discuss todays lab results and evaluate the project 5/12/04. Present were David Brown, Cindy Brown, Jeff VanKanegan, Tonya Rodemich, Kitty Johnson, Michele Haskins, Kristin Six. We also discussed this weekends geology mentoring lab with the Illinois Geological Survey in Pekin Illinois.

7. Geology field lab experience with the Illinois Geological Survey in Pekin,IL. 5/15/04. We discussed the geology of this region of Illinois, collected samples and created lessons for our classrooms while touring the region. Present were Tonya Rodemich, Cindy Brown, David Brown, Jeff VanKanegan,Kitty Johnson, Kristin Six and
