Were you in the field this season? No

Continued Collaboration with Research Team Members

Type of Interaction / Outcomes / Dates / Locations / Parcticipants: There has been no other collaboration with members of my research team since I have left the field. In fact, I never even had a follow up meeting after the field work. I was a co-author on a paper from work I was involved with from members of another team (University of Arizona). The person that I worked with in Greenland has since left the United States for his home land in German. His name was Hanz Jacobi.

How are you sharing your research experience with your colleagues, district, community, etc? I share my research experience with many students and classrooms. I have made contacts throughout the State of Connecticut (Bolton Elementary School, Avon Middle School, Keeney Elementary School) and now I have expanded to New Hampshire where I have made contact with a TEA Associate. I will also extend my experiences to my own classroom this year as well as from the past years.

Type of Interaction / Outcomes / Dates / Locations / Parcticipants: I visited a middle school in Rye New Hampshire and worked with Robin Beam, a TEA Associate. I made a presentation an I am collaborating with Robin in her application for the TEA field program.

I parcticipated in the 2001 NSTA conference in St. Louis. I worked at the TEA booth and help present at the TEA workshop.

I presented at the Connecticut Science Teacher's Conference on March 10, 2001 in New Britain, CT.
