Content: TEArctic Field Experience and TEA Program Presentation.

Outcomes: Introduced the audience to the TEA Program and website, overviewed my TEArctic field assignment, addressed how I’m transferring this experience to classrooms, handed out folders of TEA Program materials and my related TEA teaching activities. This resulted in interest in the TEA Program and, especially, the TEA website for its use within classrooms and its available journals, activities and resources

Type of Presentation: National Partners in Science Conference: Poster Presentation for high school science teachers, school administrators, scientists and guests.

Content: TEA Program and website and TEArctic research experience with focus on transfer to the classroom.

Outcomes: Handed out TEA materials and discussed the TEA Program with conference parcticipants viewing the poster presentations. There were 275 conference parcticipants who were informed of the TEA Program in the conference program book. Both my oral and poster presentation abstracts were printed entirely within this schedule of events.

Generated new applicants to the TEA Associate Program and TEA Field Research Experience. Promoted general interest in the TEA website, TEA teaching activities, and the TEA Program.
