Continued Collaboration with Research Team Members Type of Interaction / Outcomes / Dates / Locations / Parcticipants: I was sent back to the glacier to provide guidance and assistance to a group of graduate students who were going to continue and expand the original research project. The students were instructed on the use of some instrumentation used and shown where and what was done the year before on the glacier. Successes and failures of the prior year were elaborated on and actual sites used in the past were visited and discussed.
How are you sharing your research experience with your colleagues, district, community, etc?
In addition to topic-appropriate infusion into my own classes throughout the year I have also been giving lessons in the Earth Science and Geology classes at our high school about glaciers.
