How are you sharing your research experience with your colleagues, district, community, etc?
I have continued to give presentations to community groups, schools, etc. Our science department sponsored a "Science Night" at Chenango Forks, and each teacher presented their parcticular interest. It was a great way to "re-submit" the experience to the Chenango Forks public.

The TEA experience has continued to be central to my teaching and to the mentoring that I do with my orginal "mentees" and with the additional (three) teachers that I have been assigned to mentor. I cannot understate the importance of the experience.
