Presentation at USGS water quality lab in May 2004.
Over the summer 2004, I parcticipated in a workshop sponsored by the Big Sky insititute entitled Wild life, Wildlands and Climate Change. I was able to interact with scientists studying climate change and its effects on our national parks and wildlands.
Workshop for students in grades 6-8 "Frozen features and Fabulous creatures" presented 12/04/04 to 36 students from 8 school districts. prepared and presented with colleague Marti deAngueara

The school is funding my masters of science degree, scheduled completion July 2006. Approximate cost - 10,000.00
They are also supporting my involvement in the ocean explorers program.
6. Anticipated TEA Involvement (01/2005 to 01/2006)
I am working on developing a curricular unit on climate change and the ocean.
I will continue to interact with my research group on this project. I might return to the field as a research assistant again. I really miss it.
