30 July, 1998July 30,1998 This week we've been working on completing the Antarctica weather station: - Our Marketing Executives were separated into other groups ,helping them accomplish their goals.One of the people from marketing was put in the engineering group to help them construct the probes for the sensors. - Our Web Page Managers are in the process of finishing the Antarctica Web Page, which hopefully will be seen soon.They have installed pictures of our field trips and what we've been doing in class. -The Engineering Group and the Materials Group has been investigating and creating a "house" for the probes. -We have made contact with the coast guard and they are planning to come and help us establish a short-wave radio connection between the ship to shore, also called packetradio.
