11 March, 2003Well, I spent the afternoon with the children at Greenwood Elementary School in the Jefferson County, AL School System. We talked all about my upcoming trip to Antarctica. They are a very well-behaved group of children. I was impressed at all that their teachers had been teaching them about polar regions and Antarctica parcticularly.
