Mentoring Plan (Revised from Orientation)
My mentoring plan no longer includes use of the VILN (Vermont Interactive Learning Network. I am finding it difficult to fulfill the 140 hours with each of my colleagues/mentees, and I do not have the time to complete the VILN work.
