What is your role within your team?
Facilitator

What professional growth goals do you and your team members hope to reach through this partnership?
Collect Professional Development points towards re-certification. Learn and produce major units on polar study, both Arctic and Antarctic. Work with many other teachers and school systems on polar studies. Work wth the public on many presentations.

How will you and your team reflect on these goals and on learning and classroom practice (e.g., pedagogy, the use of technology, content, the process of science)?
Constant evaluation and assessment of projects in allignment with the MA frameworks in science, math, history, language arts, technology, and art. "Polar Fair" in the spring at all 3 schools.

Mentoring Plan (Revised from Orientation)
We will continue to meet in the summer for 3 full days working on past years projects and well as developing new projects. We will imporvew on projects as well. We will meet 2 times a month. And we have been given permission from our principals to work together whenever we have a professional deveopment day during the school year.
