giving each other ideas answering questions supporting me/supporting them taking me students so I could leave to go to other places to talk about TEA

reading and discussing arcticles that were helpful by discussing triumphs and pitfalls sharing of resource materials found that I did not know about

Based on the past year, what ideas do you have to improve the effectiveness of your team interactions?
Include them more in my research activities. Trust them to follow through on what they said they would do.
