What is your role within your team?
Facilitator, Mentor, Resource, Colleague.

What professional growth goals do you and your team members hope to reach through this partnership?
My high school colleagues and me wish to develop an oceanography unit for our 9th grade earth science students including several activities.

My elementary colleagues want to develop a general unit about the arctic and antarctic including a variety of activities.

How will you and your team reflect on these goals and on learning and classroom practice (e.g., pedagogy, the use of technology, content, the process of science)?
By journaling our thoughts and observations which will be discussed and reviewed when we meet together as often as possible.
