How did your work with your team help you meet the professional growth goals you
set for yourself?
WE had several meetings this year. My professional growth goal was to bring research activities into the classroom. The communication I had with my team members greatly facilited the writing of new grant proposals to meet my professional growth goal.
How did your work with your team impact your content knowledge and pedagogy?
I am much more knowledgeable with the biology side of Antarctica. In parcticular Extremophobes and UV light effects on Carbon Dioxide in the cold oceans.
What materials / resources / workshops did you
use / produce / host with your team members over the last year?
We produced two grant proposals.

Toyota TAPESTRY "90 Degrees South: A polar latitude with a scientific aptitude."

what ideas do you have to improve the effectiveness of
your team interactions?
We will meet more.

Yes, my district no longer allows teachers to go out of the district on travel, I will have to change this policy or I am really going to get into trouble!!!
