Intro of Titans in Space program, look at construction of environment chambers and sense their ability to work in Antarctica

Overview of Session (e.g., resources used, discussion points, next steps, etc.):
In this meeting with students/ parents and teachers we reviewed the Titans in Space project that Steve has put together. Of parcticular interest is how to incorporate this enclosed environmental living chambers with my trip to Antarctica and with the students back home. Is it possible to build one of these in a smaller unit? Would like to use this as a research project.

How did your team address pedagogy, content, the process of science, and the use of technology during the session?
We looked at the process of science by investigating ways to organize a group. We looked at technology by looking at ways that these units are built. They have remote temperature sensors that feed into a computer. They have interesting design elements between the duckweed and the mice that live in them. Co2 monitoring devices were introduced as well.
