How did your work with your team help you meet the professional growth goals you set for yourself?
It is difficult due to the fact that the teachers are at 3 different sites. Several of our meetings have been by telephone and email. I am working with one teacher on a global warming lab that students perform outside on a sunny day (easy to do in San Diego) using laptop computers and temperature probes.

How did your work with your team impact your content knowledge and pedagogy?
Every time we meet I feel that my own knowledge increases and the new views on teaching, especially with younger teachers, makes me a better teacher.

What materials / resources / workshops did you use / produce / host with your team members over the last year?
Initial global warming lab (needs to be revised) and supplementary unit of instruction created in collaboration with one teacher.

Based on the past year, what ideas do you have to improve the effectiveness of your team interactions?
I would like to propose a monthly meeting at one of the school sites then supplemental phone calls/emails in between. All of these teachers are willing but time is a factor.

Total hours of collaboration with each team member:
Colleen Robinson - 130 +hours Bill Cleves - 80+ hours Debra Byrd - 35 hours

Additional reflections:
This is the most time consuming part!
