What is your role within your team?
Facilitor

What professional growth goals do you and your team members hope to reach through this partnership?
It has been determined that the global environment is undergoing radical change and since it appears that understanding this change is paramount to the long-term survival of life as we know it, it is becoming apparent that inquiry based education is the best way to prepare our students to cope with this changing world. To that end, I hope to develop a coordinated middle education science program based on inquiry and in compliance with the standards of New York State Education.

How will you and your team reflect on these goals and on learning and classroom practice (e.g., pedagogy, the use of technology, content, the process of science)?
