How did your work with your team help you meet the professional growth goals you set for yourself?
My school's evaluation now has several options, including mentoring. I am currently mentoring a student teacher, a first year teacher, and my TEA group. The group simply gives me another way to discuss teaching strategies, philosophies, and helps me keep fresh.

How did your work with your team impact your content knowledge and pedagogy?
I think we have learned a lot from each other and have had some great idea exchanges for TEA associated activities and other course activities as well.

What materials / resources / workshops did you use / produce / host with your team members over the last year?
We developed a sea floor mapping activity and are working on a mooring simualtion and then will create a new coring simulation.

Based on the past year, what ideas do you have to improve the effectiveness of your team interactions?
None, I think we have been effective in our meetings and have had great discussions about teaching strategies. We have moved our meeting time back to accomodate new teaching locations.

Total hours of collaboration with each team member:
16 hours each. We were unable to meet this summer, but have been meeting once a month for two hours each time

Additional reflections:
I feel what we are doing is productive and has been valuable to some of the classes. I am not sure if I see us having enough work to do on our planned activities to fill another 121 hours in the next two years.
