1 December, 2001Lunch: tuna casserole tofu lasagna roast beef Dinner: Indian curry Pie (curry vegetables with a pastry crust on top) ham broiled cod The salad bar has gotten quite interesting. They are making some unusual salads such as: cucumber with dill, a rice/bean/onion dish, a citrus salad(lettuce with oranges and grapefruit and a sweet dressing),and couscous salad. They seem to come up with something odd and different everyday.
