Today is featuring more typical Alaska weather. It is gray, cold,
windy, and snowy. The ship has arrived and we are departing from the
hotel. We plan to deploy tomorrow. Two of our fellow scientists are still
stuck in Anchorage along with a computer. We're hopeful that afternoon
flights will be running. As a going away event we are hopeful for a big
all you can eat seafood buffet.
