By remote submarine from the seabed hundredsof metres deep, we explore the amazingly rich life under the ice and encounterthe incredible underwater wall of the Erebus Glacier. Reaching the 3000metre summit we find steaming fumeroles building fantastic ice chimneysand carving ice caves. Finally, by remote camera, the Erebus' lava lakeis explored - a glimpse into the inner workings of the earth.
