Repeat of yesterday, another 24 h delay. Went to NSF so Tom could check on equipment that was sent. It seems all the equipment was sent to the South Pole, and a good portion of it now needs to be shipped back to McMurdo. He is concerned about the handling of the instrument and that it may have gotten too cold sitting on the ice at the pole. After leaving NSF, we went hiking in the hills around Christchurch, was quite a climb, but a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Still waiting to leave tomorrow
