26 October, 1998
Today was a lab day. As I have said previously I am glad for
lab days. We did so much yesterday that I have been worn out all day
today. I even slept in today. I have all of my ion test run and
extracted the needed blood from my fish so I really do not have anything
pressing to do. I am going to call it a day early tonight. It is
almost 9 pm and I am just going to relax for the rest of the night.
There really is nothing much to write about. One of our team members is
leaving and that has made everybody a little melancholy. I leave next
week and Dr. Petzel leaves the following week so the research is coming
to a close. It has been a whirlwind time here. Time passes by so
quickly here. I guess we are all so busy that we lose track of time.
Well I wish I had more to tell you but I do not so I will close for the
night.
