Type of Interaction / Outcomes / Dates / Locations / Parcticipants: We went over the equipment that was being sent on to next field site. I saw some new devices and instruments. I was given a tutorial in data processing and set up with all the data files from my summer work.
I have lots of data processing to do.

How are you sharing your research experience with your colleagues, district, community, etc? First of all when I returned in september I had a slide show about my trip for all the Middle school students. The first few days of school I discussed the nature of doing science with my students and my enlightenments about the process. Since then I have created a number of lessons and activities. The topics have ranged from snow to glaciers to climate and the atmosphere. In all i have worked the themes into many units and lessons.
