9:30-9:45 Placed 49 probes every 5 meters at all

three transects at MST pond

9:45-10:00 Measured snow depth and temperatures,

collected snow samples

10:00-10:15 Shoveled 12 x 12 blocks at each marker

10:15-11:00 Drilled for snow ice and ice thickness

measurements

11:00-11:30 Measured snow ice

11:30-12:00 Measured ice thickness

12:00-12:15 Covered exposed ice

12:15-12:30 Collected snow samples from MST woods

12:45-1:00 Packed up equipment
