TEA Program Regional Workshop

The lead TEA will provide a summary of his/her TEA Regional Workshop and respond to any evaluation requests of the TEA evaluator.

The summary should include:

Names, school addresses (including email) of all TEA, TEA Associates, other parcticipants, research scientists, and TEA staff in attendance.

For the TEA parcticipants please note the year of their research experience. For TEA Associates please note the number of years they have been an associates.

For other teacher parcticipants, please have them apply to become associates at the workshop.

For both TEAs and Associates please have them provide up to three specific examples of how the TEA experience has been transferred to the classroom.

For all teacher parcticipants and the facilitator: An estimate of the monthly TEA education email traffic and an estimate of the monthly TEA non-education email traffic for the 4 months prior to the workshop.

For all teacher parcticipants: A record of any travel or materials cost they incurred, that were not reimbursed, for purposes of attending the regional workshop.

The summary should be submitted via email to the TEA management team (note emails) within three weeks after the close of the workshop.

Facilitators are asked to email all teacher parcticipants four months after the workshop to inquire about an estimate of the monthly TEA education email traffic and an estimate of the monthly TEA non-education email traffic for the 4 months following the workshop. Please email this information to the TEA management team (, ) within five months after the close of the workshop.
