On Sunday, there is a brunch which includes all the usual breakfast fare. To the menu, they added yogurt with museli; freshly made waffles with strawberries and whipped cream if you prefer; potatoes au gratin, and ham.

it's easy to tell when there has been a new shipment of fresh vegetables. The salad bar at dinner had fresh greens, tomatoes, peppers,and cucumbers. Dinner also, included Broiled lamb chops, some type of broiled fish, left over turkey, stuffed peppers, mash potatoes, mixed vegetables and of couse all the left over desserts from Thanksgiving.
