Journals 2004/2005Linda Hoffman
August 10, 2004 On fly bridge. A short-tailed albatross is seen and Cornelia tells me there are only 100 worldwide. What a treat. We now spot a family of at least thirteen Orcas. I videotape the family as well as air one is in pursuit. Many of the scientists are on the bow of the ship with their cameras pointed at the Orcas. I take several pictures from the bridge. The rest of the day was uneventful.
