We loaded up the boat for our first ADCP trip, tried to fuel again, but the pump still wasn't working. We hung out on the fuel dock until 8:30, then moved the boat up and went back to the office.

I researched papers on the ENDNOTE system in the library, examined the projects in Glacier Bay for this simmer on the vocalizations of Orcas, and the noises of the boats. Everyone took the afternoon off and decided to restart on Saturday.

I went into town and walked along the Gustavus pier and beach area that was covered with wild strawberries. One grocery store visit, where I couldn't bring myself to buy $5 dental floss, then back to lodging for dinner and listening to the other biologists who are in from their fieldwork.
