August 15, 2006 Lat: 10° 50.2' N Though it looked promising in the morning, by 1400 on the flying bridge there was no denying the impending doom as we were surrounded by a squall in 3 directions. Some of the matches have been getting very heated! I beat Josh tonight, 3rd game in best out of 3 match. I really felt badly though, not only because he organized it, but because he wanted to win so much more than I did. He will continue in the "losers circuit" however, with a chance of still making it to the finals. Also conducted 3 more interviews (I think I only have 3 or 4 left), and continued reading research papers on the distribution and abundance of Stenella spp.. |
